Customer Service Representative
Arboplus is looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer experience to support our fast-growing client base.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering client questions about Arboplus services.
You will act as an advisor for the services we offer — without cold outreach, because clients will be reaching out to you. You’ll guide customers by listening carefully, asking the right questions, and helping them choose the best next step. You will also handle complaints and resolve issues whenever possible.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Use our communication channels:
- Answer phone calls
- Take voicemail messages
- Reply to client emails and text messages
- Manage live chat and provide fast, professional responses
- Contact prospects who submitted service requests through our website
- Follow up on pending files
- Document every action in our management platform
- Other customer service and administrative duties as needed
Required Qualities and Skills
- You enjoy working with the public. Strong interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, politeness, and clear communication are essential, since you’ll be the customer’s first point of contact with the company.
- You are responsible, honest, and discreet, since you will handle confidential client information (addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc.).
- You are autonomous and resourceful. You’ll often work independently and must be able to handle problems and complaints (impatient clients, aggressive or arrogant clients, unclear requests, etc.).
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Working knowledge of English
- Strong computer skills
- Keyboarding speed of at least 35–40 words per minute
- Versatility
- Customer service experience required (retail associate, cashier, financial institution teller, secretary, office clerk, etc.)

Training and probation pay: $20/hour
After the 3-month probation: $20 to $25/hour
Annual raise possible based on performance
Status: Permanent / Seasonal (mid-March to December)
